L'oreal Takes Over Urban Decay

I just found out that L'oreal  is  planning to buy or already bought  Urban Decay. Has some of you may know Urban Decay doesn't do Animal testing and L'oreal until today does. What do you think about it ? I just hope the company will stay with the same cruelty free policy and that the quality and prices do not change dramatically.
