One of the reason I bought Barry M punky pink lip paint was because I read a while back Here that punky pink is a good dupe of Mac famous Girl About Town lipstick.
Barry M Punky pink is a lovely bright pink lipstick. The consistency is creamy and is also very pigmented. Punky Pink to me don't have any scent or flavour which is a plus.
Mac girl about town is kind of a fuchsia pink. The consistency is very creamy and pigmented. The Mac lipsticks have a light Scent/Flavour of vanilla. Comparing prices, Barry M lipsticks cost £4.49 and the Mac ones at the moment cost £14. If you see both colours side by side you can tell that the mac girl about town is a shade darker than the Barry M one. To me they are not 100 % dupes but the colour is not that far off. I would say that Barry M Punky Pink is a 90% dupe of the Mac Girl about Town. Anyway , If you ask my opinion for £4.49 Punky Pink is a very nice lipstick to get specially if you don't want to spend so much on a Mac lipstick.
