Accessorize makeup brand not long ago launch new nail polish colours including some 3d glitters and some metallic colours. A glitter girl like me had to pick up the 3d glitters nail polishes first. Emerald City is a beautiful different sized turquoise glitter. About the 3d claim I don't really see nothing 3d but still in my opinion is a nice glitter to have and looks gorgeous on the nails. Emerald city dries very fast and lasted on my nails 3 days without chipping. For the pictures I applied 3 coats and a top coat.
