Here's a pic of me using the Salon Express Nail Art Stamping kit. It was about $ 10. You can get these pretty much anywhere (Family Dollar, Micheal's, Bed Bath & Beyond). It comes with 5 design plates, a stamper, scraper, and plate holder. I used it to stamp this white flower. It came out ok. It looks like a stamped design. I think this is a handy inexpensive tool to create designs on your own nails. There are other stamper kits like Konad, which from what I hear is great, but it is more expensive.
